Removed fullscreen functionality

During routine testing, I noticed that pressing the "F" key to toggle fullscreen sent the player to the Game Over screen, which does not make for a fun gameplay experience. Until I find the cause for this issue, I have elected to remove fullscreen functionality from the game entirely.
